All service calls are administered
through our on line fault reporting
system which tracks the fault report
from initial request to resolution
including engineers and clients,
notes, responses and comments. Every
fault logged by our computerized
reporting system is allocated a
numerical fault number for

dedicated engineers to customers’
sites, who will become familiar with
the sites in order to maximize
